Job Overview
Innovative Research & Consultancy Ltd. (IRC) is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Field Research Enumerators to support nationwide research, market surveys, monitoring, and evaluation projects. The selected candidates will be responsible for collecting high-quality data through face-to-face interviews using digital data collection tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct household and business surveys.
- Interview respondents following research guidelines.
- Collect accurate and complete data using tablets or mobile applications.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical research standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and project managers.
- Submit daily progress reports and completed assignments.
Requirements
- Minimum HSC/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangladesh.
- Previous field survey experience will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones or tablets.
